Q: When will I receive my Reward?
After you've purchased $30 (before tax) at a single retailer and your receipts have been validated, your reward(s) will be sent through the mail within 4-6 weeks.
Q: When will my Reward expire?
A1: If you have received a retailer-specific gift card, your reward does not have an expiry date.
A2: If you have received a Pre-paid Major Credit Card Gift Card, the expiry date will be listed on your card, please review carefully and note the expiry date. Please see Offer Terms & Conditions for details.
Q: Where can I use my Reward?
A: Retailer Gift Cards can be used at any of their locations across Canada. Pre-paid Major Credit Card Gift Cards can be used wherever the cards are accepted.
Q: How do I qualify for the Reward?
A: You must purchase $30 (before tax) on any ROYALE® products at a single Canadian retailer between November 5th, 2019 and January 31st, 2020. Keep your receipt(s) and upload a photo of each receipt before 11:59:59 PM February 7, 2020. Receipt(s) must clearly show the qualifying products purchased, retailer name, date and time, and transaction total amount. Complete the registration form and upload a max 20MB JPEG, JPG, PDF or PNG of your receipt at https://www.royale.ca/rewards
You can make as many individual purchases or transactions required to reach your goal of $30 CDN (before taxes) however, each individual purchase must be from the same retailer (any Walmart for example).

Q: How many Rewards can I get?
A: There is a limit of three (3) Rewards per household regardless of how many individuals reside within a household.
Q: Which ROYALE® products do I need to purchase to qualify for the Reward?
A: All ROYALE® products are eligible (including bathroom tissue; facial tissue, napkins and Tiger Towel® paper towels). Note there does not have to be a promotional sticker on the package to qualify. Please see Schedule ‘A’ of the Offer Terms and Conditions for further details.
Q: Do I need to purchase all $30 of ROYALE® products in one (1) transaction?
A: No, you can purchase Participating ROYALE® Product(s) in as many individual purchases or transactions required to reach your goal of $30 CDN (before taxes) during the offer period (Nov. 5, 2019 – Jan. 31, 2020). However, you must purchase the entire $30 at the same retailer.
Q: Do I need to purchase all ROYALE® products at one location?
A: No, however you must purchase them all at one retailer to be eligible. For example, you can purchase them at different [Walmart locations], but you cannot accumulate between [Walmart] and [Shoppers Drug Mart].
Q: What happens if I purchase ROYALE® products at different retailers?
A: Each purchase counts towards a reward at that retailer. Meaning, you’ll have to accumulate $30 (before tax) in both retailers to receive two rewards. Unfortunately, purchases from different retailers cannot be combined. For example, if you submit a purchase from Metro for $8.99 and submit a second purchase from Walmart for $9.99, that means you have started two qualifying Reward requests.
Q: How do I submit an entry from an online retailer?
A: Any consumer who purchases, participating product(s) from an online retailer, must submit a photograph of the Shipping confirmation receipt and NOT an order confirmation webpage or email; order summary webpage or email; order details webpage or email. A Shipping confirmation receipt must include the following details (order number; date your order was placed; date your order was shipped; quantity of participating product(s) purchased; total dollar value of participating product(s) purchased; payment details; billing address; and shipping address). NOTE: If a Shipping confirmation receipt is not submitted, a participant will receive an email as defined in Section 8dib. All remaining terms for this Offer apply.
Q: How many times can I submit the same valid receipt?
A: You can submit a valid receipt only once.
Q: Why does it say to upload each receipt separately?
A: If you upload more than one receipt in a single submission, your submission will be rejected.
Q: How do I know if my receipt submission has been received?
A: Each time you upload a sales receipt, you will receive a confirmation number on the website and through email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox please check your spam or junk folders or any other folder that your provide may have automatically set up within your account or you can visit the offer website and check the status of your requests by logging into your profile.
Q: What happens after I submit my receipt?
A: The receipt will be reviewed and will either be approved or declined within 2 – 7 days. Keep your receipt(s) until you receive your Reward(s) through the mail. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of reward(s) by regular mail.
Q: When does the offer end?
A: The last day that you can purchase a participating ROYALE® product(s) is on January 31, 2020.
Q: When is the last day to submit the receipt?
A: The last day to submit your receipt is February 7, 2020 at 11:59:59 PM (EST).
Q: What happens if I spent over $30 before tax on ROYALE® products?
A: If a sales receipt identifies that you purchased $40.00 (before taxes) worth of participating products at a single retailer, you will still receive one (1) reward for the purchases worth $30.00 (before taxes) and the remaining $10.00 (before taxes) from the same retailer will be put towards a second qualifying request.
